The cancellation risk only applies if the entire reservation is cancelled for one or more campers and the arrival date has not yet started. From the date of arrival, the cancellation risk does not apply. You can file a claim with any travel insurance you may have taken out after arrival.

The tenant is obliged to inform the campsite of the cancellation and the reason for cancellation within 3 days of the event and to confirm in writing to the campsite within 7 days with the reason for cancellation, submitting the original supporting documents. The participants are obliged to cooperate and provide truthful information regarding the investigation of the reason for cancellation. If one person in the group cancels, payment will be made only for that person and not for the whole group.

The cancellation risk is triggered in case of serious illness, serious accident or death of yourself or first-degree relatives. Cancellations due to epidemics including Covid-19, among others, are excluded. In all other cases not mentioned, the cancellation risk does not apply and nothing will be refunded. If a reservation is cancelled according to a valid reason mentioned above and the cancellation risk has not been participated in, the amount paid up to that point will NOT be refunded. We strongly advise you to participate in the cancellation risk. Cancellation is only possible at the same time as booking the reservation.

The RECRON terms and conditions contain the rights and obligations that are important within the cooperation between the entrepreneur and the consumer.
